Access to the website is limited to approved wholesale customers, and we reserve the right to approve, decline or suspend accounts at our discretion. Prices listed on the website are intended for wholesale customers only and may change without notice based on stock availability, supplier costs or market conditions.

When you place an order through our website, you are confirming that the information provided is accurate and that you agree to the terms outlined here. Orders may occasionally be adjusted due to out-of-stock items, discontinued products or other supply constraints. Payment terms are assigned on a customer-by-customer basis, and payments are processed through secure third-party gateways such as eWAY. In the case of pre-authorisation transactions, final charges may differ slightly based on the confirmed invoice amount after picking and packing.

Shipping and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the freight carrier used. Once goods are dispatched, the risk and responsibility for the shipment transfer to the customer. If any issues arise with your order, including incorrect or damaged items, please notify us within seven days so we can assess the situation and arrange a solution where appropriate. As a wholesale supplier, we generally do not accept change-of-mind returns.
